30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and confirm the correct return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel.
Condition and exceptions
For change-of-mind returns, please keep items complete and handle them only as needed to inspect them. Where legally applicable, personalised goods, perishable goods and opened hygiene-sealed goods may be excluded. Faulty or misdescribed goods retain their statutory protections. Sale purchases have the same statutory rights as full-price purchases.
Your statutory cancellation rights
UK online customers normally have 14 days after receipt to notify us of cancellation, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our 30-day return request window is additional to those rights.
Refunds and return postage
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, including standard outbound delivery where required. Please contact us about return postage arrangements before returning anything; we will provide an appropriate remedy for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Bank processing time may vary.
Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory consumer rights.
